An end-unit on the elevated 1st floor, our condo is steps from the beach with a private balcony. Enjoy easy access to the parking lot, elevator, stairs, and ramp for hassle-free unloading and loading.

Kitchen:
Make yourself at home in our open concept kitchen with full amenities. A complete set of cooking utensils, a dining table, island, and top-notch appliances – full-size fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional features include a blender, toaster, coffee pot & Keurig for your convenience.

Living Room:
Relax in the cozy living room furnished with a sleeper sofa, smart TV, and an assortment of board games.

Bedroom:
Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep on the queen-size bed in the tastefully decorated bedroom. The room also features a smart TV, dresser, and luggage racks for your comfort and convenience.

Some Extras:
For a stress-free vacation, we provide essentials like kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, pot holders, bath tissues, face tissue, and soap. Note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

*Linens and towels are provided; please keep them within the condo as there is no housekeeping, towel, or linen service during your stay.

Due to severe allergies, we are currently unable to accommodate service/assistance animals. Please also note that the resort enforces a strict no-animal policy. There will be a $300 fee per day if the pet policy is broken! Additionally, eBikes are not permitted on the property.
