The primary bedroom includes a King bed, while the guest room is perfect for families with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a Twin trundle. The villa is equipped with WiFi, cable TV, and Roku streaming on all TVs, ensuring entertainment for everyone during your stay.

Inside, you’ll find an open and inviting layout where the living and dining areas flow seamlessly together, creating the ideal space for relaxing after a day at the beach. Natural light pours in from the private balcony, where you can enjoy views of the community pool just steps away. The fully equipped space offers all the comforts of home, and the shared bathroom—accessible from both the hallway and primary bedroom—features a convenient tub/shower combination.

Great place to stay- short walk to the beach

The condo was very clean and I absolutely loved that it came with 4 beach chairs and 2 rental bikes and the pool. The beach is only an 8 minute walk, 2 min. bike ride which worked out perfectly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and well stocked.The location was great! We enjoyed the extra amenities, such as beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach toys and two adult bikes. We enjoyed our stay, and the communication was also amazing.

Great secluded condo

Great location and clean condo. Can walk to beach in about 10 minutes. You do have to cross S. forest drive. The beach access path is very narrow. Or you can drive to Alder Lane beach access and pay for parking with quarters. Condo is in very nice condition with 3 TVs. Has balcony. Includes beach chairs and bike rentals. Kitchen is usable for cooking meals. Very nice having washer and dryer in unit.
