Wide open indoor and outdoor island living in this 2nd-row ocean Palmetto Dunes home! The entry reveals an open and well-appointed living space that includes the den, kitchen, dining, and living rooms. A wall of windows and glass doors in the living room looks out on the very private pool area with a *heated pool and plenty of space to lounge about without worrying. Plus, there’s a comfy screened-in porch with a bathroom off the pool. This is island living done right, all just a few sand-between-your-toes steps from the beach!

Smooth rental process. One small service call was handled quickly and well. House served us well, especially the large dining table and sectional couch for all 12 of us hanging out together.

Great house and location

Love this house because it suits the needs of our family especially the bunk room for the grandkids . Kitchen remodel is very pretty but unfortunately the refrigerator was not functioning properly the first 3 days and we did lose some food. The dishwasher was not installed correctly as it was moving and had no kick plate on it. It also had clumps of food in the bottom which we had to clean out. If these two items had been inspected more carefully, and the problems addressed, we would certainly have given it a 5 star rating.

Great Family Place

We really enjoyed our stay. We had couple of very minor issues which were handled quickly. Having beach towels and 4 bikes included was a nice plus. The bikes could use some maintenance (chains were rusted and tires were low and there were only 3 locks). Several of the outside lights were not working (pool lights and flood lights). But these items were minor. We appreciated all the bathroom towels that were provided and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a great time and would stay here again..

Amazing stay until...

On the day of our check out we are awoken by a knock on the door... 7am. The man told my husband to move his truck because the dump truck was coming. Little did we know that the roof was going to be replaced. Those of us who had packed the night before and were trying to sleep some more, could not because we had a whole crew ripping the roof apart, dumping shingles, making noises, putting down tarps, etc. I looked out our the window to see a whole crew in the back deck! Mind you, we are still in pijamas! Our check out time was at 10am. We paid until then so NOONE should have been there until we had checked out! It was a total disregard to us as customers of your company. A wonderful experience was ruined on the last day because of the miscommunication between your company and roof company... the only ones who were totally inconvenience were us the customers. How does this happen??!!!

Awesome House 1 Row from Beach

We loved our stay at this house! A very quick walk to the beach. Location was perfect. Loved how big the kitchen is, especially the island. Everyone was able to gather around in the evenings. Would highly recommend.

Close to beach, clean, great space for large groups

We were three couples and there was still room for at least another couple or two. Bikes were nice to have for the beach. Beach towels were also a bonus. The only thing we would suggest is making a stop to the grocery store before you get there and to include basic items like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, garbage bags, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels and laundry detergent. We were provided a few laundry and dishwasher pods but you will need to get more. Otherwise great place overall!
