As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by the high ceiling in the entryway and the elegant formal dining room, which can accommodate up to 14 guests. The dining room attaches to a Butler's Pantry with a Nespresso coffee machine for your convenience.

The first floor also features a powder room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4, and a kitchen bar with seating for 4. The living room offers balconies with tidal creek and ocean views along with comfortable seating. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Hilton Head. Additionally, the outside deck dining area can accommodate up to 10 guests, and features a gas grill. From here, you can go downstairs to the back yard to access the marsh-side, private jacuzzi or go out to the shared dock over the marsh.

Moving to the second floor, you'll find a laundry room and two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The front bedroom office includes a queen pull-out murphy bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has access to a private deck facing the front of the home. The second room is a king bedroom suite, featuring a 4 post bed, a private balcony with ocean views, and an en suite master bathroom with a large stand-alone tub and large shower.

On the third floor, you will find another living room and three additional bedrooms. The king guest bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with a shower. The first queen bedroom includes a futon and an en suite bathroom with a tub shower. The second queen bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. Next to this room, you'll find a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, table, and chairs, wet bar and mini fridge along with access to the same balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The living room has doors that can be closed and can be used as an additional, private, sleeping space. The deck's seating area offers breathtaking ocean and tidal creek views.

In the garage, you'll find a ping pong table, access to the dock for crabbing, outdoor shower and more ocean views along with a brand new Jacuzzi Spa! Additionally, guests can enjoy a short walk to the beach and a community pool just steps away. On the ground floor, you will also find a very private hot tub, under the main deck. Enjoy marsh views from your own private oasis!

For your convenience, the property also includes an elevator and You Tube TV on all TV sets. For those with Electric Vehicles, the home has an EV Level 2 charger that is rated to charge any non-Tesla EVs.
