This newly furnished first-floor unit is just steps from the beach and was completely renovated floor to ceiling. The non-smoking condo provides free WiFi and easy access to to parking. The kitchen features a quartz countertop island seating 4, full-size stainless-steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator), and bright cabinetry filled with all the essentials including a tea kettle, combo Keurig & Drip Coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, full sets of dishes, plates, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with high-quality memory foam mattress and topper, wall-mounted 55″ 4K Amazon Fire Edition TV, workstation with monitor, modern 54” ceiling fan, and adjoining bathroom.

The living room features a new sleeper sofa with a queen-sized memory foam mattress, wall mounted 70” 4K TV with smart Roku unit, and modern 60” ceiling fan. The spa-like bathroom includes a floating dual-sink vanity (rare in these beach villas), a walk-in shower, and access from hall or bedroom.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom and 1 set in a plastic bag in the overhead in Primary Bedroom for Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Washcloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. (starter sets)
Washer and Dryers are down the hall. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00

$35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the VRBO account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate.
-Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
