This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 8 and is perfect for your next family vacation to Hilton Head. The home is at the end of the street, providing extra privacy during your stay while still within walking and biking distance of all the Sea Pines amenities, oceanfront restaurants, and beaches.

When you stay at 7 Jessamine, you will immediately be immersed in the beauty and relaxation of the Lowcountry. The open floor-plan living space makes entertaining a breeze. This is the perfect space to gather around for a movie at night on the Blu-Ray DVD player, play a game on the Xbox 360, or watch your favorite football game during the fall on cable. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay from luxury stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, coffee brewers, pots and pans, utensils, and more! Our family celebrated the 4th of July and had a great time! It is a beautiful home in a great location. We walked to the beach or rode bikes. We also did a lot of cooking in the well stocked kitchen.

We loved the neighborhood and the location of the house on the street, tucked back in all the trees. We saw deer most days of our stay! The beach was only a 5 minute bike ride on the walking / bike path. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home.

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our short trip to HHI. This house was very clean, beautifully furnished, a great layout for entertaining and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pretty much what ones needs to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. A quick drive or bike ride to the beach club. Our week was shortened due to Tropical Storm Debby. If you book during hurricane season, get trip insurance! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice property. The online listing was spot on for the most part. The only issue we had was beach access. The property management instructions for beach access took us to a private only beach access. So it is a longer walk than 5 minutes to access the beach and you walk on fairly busy roads.

All good, except that the beach access is problematic. Selfish neighbors on the beach block should allow visitors to access the beach from the surrounding neighborhoods, instead there are locked gate entranceways.

Final charges included numerous add-on fees for multiple companies outside the actual rental organization. There were directions to the beach from the house that were incorrect, but apparently that was a low priority for the company. We found help elsewhere. Linens are not cotton, pillows were flat, one sink was backed up. Minor issues if not for the premium fees. Also, emails encourage 5-star ratings by offering to enter the customer in a drawing, so all of the 5-star ratings may be compromised.

There is always that fear that pictures are staged and the property will be disappointing. This was not the case here. The home has a great open floor plan and several places to gather together or have space to yourself. The home is clean and trendy! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Very happy with our stay!

The property was wonderful. It had plenty of space for my family to spread out. Having two bunk beds was great, it kept my twin boys from fighting over who gets to sleep on top. Wonderful kitchen loved cooking in it. I would stay at this property again.

Wonderful house!

This house is very clean, spacious and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated and nice. The house is in the perfect location close to the golf course and the beach. Only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Very close to Harbour Town. We rented bikes for the week and rode them everywhere. Highly recommend this home! We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic House - short walk to beach

The house is perfect for 6-8 - best equipped kitchen we have seen at any Sea Pines rental. Everything updated - Open plan with large living room, dining and nook together- couldn’t be more comfortable. Large dining table and did I mention the kitchen? Would happily book again - whole fam said best spot we have stayed at in HHI.
