Beautiful Three Bedroom Townhome with Stunning Water Views ~ 7 Lands End Road

Welcome to 7 Lands End Road - a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom townhome located on the tip of the Island. This property has breathtaking views of the Calibogue Sound. 7 Lands End Road can sleep up to six guests total. Your crew is bound to love this beautiful townhome and location of Lands End.

Lands End is located near the South Beach Marina in Sea Pines and boasts some of the best sunsets on the Island plus a scenic boardwalk along the water. Walk over to the South Beach Marina and famous Salty Dog Cafe within minutes. Enjoy all of the shops and restaurants it has to offer! There is a community pool located in the center of Lands End that is open seasonally.

1st Floor:

On the main level of the home, you'll have the living room, kitchen and dining area. All three of these are open to each other and have views of the Calibogue Sound. Just off the living room is a screened in porch - which is a great spot to soak in the water views. You have direct access to the waterfront scenic boardwalk that winds throughout the Lands End complex directly from the sundeck at 7 Lands End Road.

The first bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen television and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

2nd Floor:

The master bedroom has a king bed and views of the water. It also has a flat screen television and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has one queen bed, a flat screen television and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen and bathrooms were high end. The views of the sound and sunsets every night were amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Love the location. Some issues with wasps under the eaves (nests noted in two places)that occasionally came into the screened porch. Electrical outlets in the master bedroom were an issue. Overall would stay in the area, not sure i would stay in the same property.

Wow! What a great vacation property!

Beautiful home! A+ location. My family stayed here in July and couldn't be happier with the house and the proximity to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had most things we needed. We spent the evenings on the screened in porch which was lovely. The pool was also very close! The trolley is in walking distance from the house which made it so easy to get to Harbour Town without the headache of parking - which we experienced 100% when we drove. We will be back!

Beautiful View

This property is perfect for your family. We had 4 children, 2 adults, and it was the perfect size. The walk to the beach is short and convenient with small children. You can't hear the beach from the house, but you will most definitely see dolphins from the house! Riding bikes with small children is not as terrifying as i expected. There are bike trails everywhere and the distance to eat or get ice cream is manageable. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our future vacations.

Great location, quiet and clean property

We had a great week here as a family. Plenty of room for mom,dad, toddler and grandparents. Location is right off the beach which was very calm and great for my toddler to play at. A bit farther from Harbor Town than I thought but we could get there by bike or car pretty quick. My only wish is that the kitchen had a few more basics (cooking spray, tin foil, olive oil, hand soap). Overall a great place to stay and would stay again. Property management company was also very responsive and easy to work with.

Pure heaven!

As always, a wonderful vacation in Sea Pines Resort. The home is only a 1 minute walk to the ocean. We spent our mornings sitting on the porch enjoying the ocean view, relaxing on the beach during the day, and seeing the dolphins everyday right off the shore. My son was fortunate enough to see a sea turtle late one evening. We rode our bikes to Salty Dog for dinner, and to the lighthouse to enjoy the live music on weekday nights (great for the kids!). We will be back again!

Great Location

This was out first time staying at a rental property and we totally loved it. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable . It was a short walk to the spotless beach for our days in the sun. Close enough to Salty Dog to walk but plenty of parking if you choose to drive. We would definitely rent this property again!

A beautiful spot on the bay.

The property is right on the bay side. It is a short easy bike ride to the ocean beach. I recommend renting bike because it’s easier getting around the island. Not many parking spots. The bike trails are pretty flat and shaded.

7 Lands end

This property was a beautiful property that my family definitely enjoyed! We saw dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee on the screened porch, enjoyed the quick 2 minute walk to the beach, and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. What we did not like was that the house slept 6-8 comfortably but only had seating in the living room for 5 so we were cramped for movie nights when it rained. All the bedrooms have this wicker flooring that kind of hurts to walk on so bring your slippers! Also, the property did provide 4 beach chairs but 2/4 were broken upon arrival. Lastly, when we arrived (on Saturday) all of the trash from the previous tenants was still in the bins out front and they did not come to pick it up till Wednesday and we had to call because it was getting smelly! Overall this house was a great experience and the minor complaints would not deter us from renting this property again!

Great views and location on Sea Pines Lands End

Incredible location and view on Lands End at Sea Pines. The inside of the property is very nice and seems updated. Great floors, walls, and all the electronics worked well. The outdoor deck and screened in porch is a bit dated and needs some updating. Additionally, the shrubs were overgrown compared to our neighbors which restricted the view. That is the only reason i moved this property to 4 stars. Overall we had a great time.

Really good location in Sea Pines. House is very comfortable and clean; maintained very well. Sofa bed not so comfortable; that should get updated. Easy access to the beach and bay. Neighborhood great for biking. Kayaking and other water activities are close by. Enjoyed Dolphin watching daily.
