This spacious remodeled villa is located within a five-minute walk to the beach. This Vacation Rental is across from the Tennis Center, Community Pool and George Fazio golf course located in the world renowned Palmetto Dunes. This villa is centrally located close to the general store and Alexanders Restaurant. Bike and kayak rentals are also nearby for your convenience.
This spacious villa features two master bedrooms with attached master baths. Relax in the cozy living area featuring a flat screen TV. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. Enjoy the beautiful covered patio overlooking the quiet pristine landscaping of Palmetto Dunes.

Included in your stay at our condo is a Tennis/Pickleball package for our renters. This includes 2 hours free court time a day for the days you book. Text us for more details.

Fourth year in a row!

We stayed at this condo for the fourth in a row and continue to love it. The hosts, Jeff and Anita, are absolutely fantastic and very, very helpful ensuring that the condo is up-to-date and ready for our use.Our family takes advantage of the record club membership and enjoys Pickleball every day. This year, we noticed that the tennis courts at the condo were also well used. It’s good to see people out having fun together.We also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, which is right across the street from the condo. It’s a great way to end the day.Finally, we rent bikes and bike to the beach. It’s about a five minute bike ride. We absolutely love this part of the day.

Fantastic! Absolutely fantastic!

We can’t say enough fabulous things about this place! We didn’t walk to the beach due to elderly family members but it was a super short drive there. Pool is literally across the parking lot. This place was so clean and has every kitchen need you could think of. Owner was amazing to work with and always quickly responded.

Pleasant stay in a nice house

Jeff and Anita are wonderful hosts. The house was spick and span, it was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensilsThe house is located very close to the beach, it is about 8 minutes walk and is conveniently located with easy access to the bike rentals and the general store.Parking was easy and convenient, the swimming pool is located opposite to the apartment.

Hilton Head Vacation

Our family had a fabulous stay in Hilton Head. Jeff and Anita are excellent hosts and the property was beautiful, spacious, clean and very well kept. Communication was top notch and it is evident that these hosts go out of their way to make sure that guests have a positive experience during their stay. We sure did! This was our first Vrbo booking and the bar has been set very high. Great location with easy access to bike & kayak rentals and a short walk to the beach. The pool was really nice and the tennis courts were a nice bonus. We highly recommend this Palmetto Dunes condo for anyone seeking a Hilton Head trip. We hope to get back again soon!

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our spring getaway -the condo was close to the general store and the tennis courts -a short walk from the beach-beds were comfortable-lots of bath towels (just bring some beach towels)- quiet setting -tons of walking/biking trails. Lovely!

Great stay

Wonderful stay - property was as listed. Clean and great location to the Palmetto Dunes tennis (right over the walking bridge next to Alexander’s restaurant).It was just my husband and myself so we had plenty of room to spread out in: choice of 2 bedrooms and baths. We didn’t cook but used the kitchen facilities for breakfast and warming up leftovers.The unit is right across from the pool for convenience.Jeff was very responsive. I highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

Love pametto dunes.

Nice condo. Kitchen utensils and fry pans need to be upgraded. Oblyy one bath mat but tons of towells. More blankets would be nice. Wegreatteatime. Thanks
