The townhome is an end unit with 3 levels containing multiple windows allowing for amazing sunset views. Walk to the shops, restaurants, entertainment and the Yacht Basin in just minutes. This property is clean, well-stocked, with tv’s around every corner. The primary suite closet is a huge perk for longer stays, and we loved having the garage for tucking our car and bikes away when needed. The place is steps away from Harbour Town, gorgeous sunsets, great food, and manatees to boot.

This is a wonderful property for families- great layout. My kids loved the bunk room- there is a high chair too which was helpful. Rooms are large and spacious, kitchen was stocked very nicely- anything you need, it’s there. Very close to Harbourtown- we loved that we could walk right over. Todd was very helpful and responsive.

The owner of this property is great to work with and he keeps this property in incredible condition. Look no further! The pics don’t do it justice. I woke to tranquil views with beautiful morning sunrises and that was just from the master bedroom. The house was very clean, inviting, comfortable and spacious enough where everyone had there own slice of peace. The kitchen was extremely well stocked which was great as we truly enjoy cooking. Added benefit was its proximity to Harbor Town. We hope other renters treat this home with care as we probably will be back.
