Heavenly Sands : 2BR/2BA Beach-Dine-Shop-Celebration Park! All ~10 minute Walk!

Welcome to “Heavenly Sands” at Island House Villa in South Forest Beach. Sit back, relax, and enjoy our Pirates and Mermaids themed getaway in this 2 Bedroom/2 Bath villa. This is a 1 story flat on the second floor (and no one above you) and is nicely renovated for a relaxing beach getaway.

Island House Management/HOA allows ONE dog per villa. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
The pet fee is $165 per stay. Please click the “Bringing Pet” button to add the $165 fee to your reservation. We do not accept cats due to severe allergies. The Island House Villa complex is in the heart of Hilton Head Island with many conveniences within walking distance. We are just a ~10-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island to a more private area where it will tend to be less busy than a public beach. Celebration Park is a 5-minute walk across the street. Walk a few minutes further and you will reach Coligny Plaza and the Coligny Public Beach. At Coligny (great atmosphere!), you can find an assortment of shops and dining areas along with ice cream and souvenir shops. There's also a "golf-cart" service that frequently drives in the area that works on tips only.

The family room is equipped with a 65-inch TV, ceiling fan, sofa, and two recliners.

The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and its own master bath with walk in shower.

The Guest room has a queen and a twin bed that can accommodate up to three guests comfortably. It also has a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.

The dining area offers plenty of seating and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your long- or short-term stay. Recently installed, are all new stainless-steel kitchen appliances. Also, in the kitchen, there is a full-sized washer and dryer. There's a full-sized coffee maker and a Keurig. We’ve provided books and games to pass your time away while relaxing at the villa. The unit includes Wi-Fi.

We rent 2 villas in the Island House Complex, so If you have plans to come with another family or your week is unavailable, please reference the VRBO ID 2124916. Both villas are second floor flats.

Around the corner, located on property of the villa, is a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a bath house for you and all your guests to enjoy. The Van Der Meer Tennis facility is just steps away for the avid tennis player (They offer lessons and clinics).

Hilton Head Island offers so much for outdoor living. There's an abundance of bike trails, plenty of golfing, tennis, fishing, and beaches that will interest everyone. A new restaurant called “The Bank” just opened and is over a mile from our complex. It is THE spot to catch a sporting event with great food and drinks. There’s plenty of amazing live entertainment, events and dining to suit your needs on the island.

The gorgeous shores of Hilton Head are just a short walk. Biking is one of our favorite family activities. Bring your own bike or rent locally (free delivery) from across the way. Miles of trails will bring you hours of sightseeing and exercise throughout your stay. The island provides plenty of activities ranging from marine tours, aquatic adventures, fishing, golfing at its finest, shopping, and fine dining for all. Don’t forget those days’ trips off the island. Hilton Head Island is less than an hour away from the nostalgic areas of Savanah, GA and Charleston, SC. The up-and-coming town of Bluffton is 20 minutes away.
