Treat your family with this immense five bedroom home located oceanfront on Catboat Lane within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! The gourmet chef's kitchen will be fully-equipped with everything you'll need to cook a meal for your entire family!
The kitchen features full custom cabinetry, granite countertops and top-of-the-line Viking stainless steel appliances. Adorning the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a table that seats six. There is a formal dining area as well, seating eight. There are two living areas, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The first floor dining area features comfortable seating, HDTV and a kitchenette, making grabbing a snack while enjoying your private pool complex all the more easy. The primary suite features a king bed, HDTV and large en-suite master bath. The primary bath consists of a custom-tiled walk-in shower, large sunken tub and vanity with two sinks. The first guest bedroom also features a king bed, HDTV and en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate sunken tub. The second guest bedroom has a set of bunk beds, bottom is a full and the top is a twin. This room also has an HDTV and en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination. The third guest bedroom has two queen beds, HDTV and an en-suite guest bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination. Nice beachfront property
We came to town with a group of 12 adult men for a golf trip. This house is in Palmetto dunes, which is a very nice Hilton head resort community. This is obviously a beautiful house right on the beach and everything went quite smoothly.They leave you Towels, including beach towels. The kitchen is pretty reasonable, but like many rental properties may not have every amenity so a bit difficult to find everything and get comfortable with all the utensils and amenities.It was perfect for a three nights stay, but there’s not much that the property managers leave you so be prepared. 1 roll Paper towel included, no napkins, 2 Garbage Bags, small dish detergent, etc. All are pretty minimal so be prepared if you are staying longer.Because it’s mostly king beds, it was a bit tricky for a group of guys, but thankfully our group was mostly father/sons so we use the king beds for the father son combos. Might be better for a family with a couples given all the king beds.House is obviously older, it’s shows some wear and tear, but that didn’t bother our group at all. They’ll give you two parking passes with the property, we struggled a bit to get the third but eventually worked it out. There’s no cable in the house so be prepared for that as well.We used the pool quite a bit, it would’ve been nice if they allowed us to heat the hot tub but that’s no big deal for us, we are mostly playing golf.Overall, I’d recommend the property for its size, views, location and community.
