You'll be glad you chose this spacious and beautiful second-row home in Hilton Head Island's prestigious Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! With six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, this home is perfect for large families or groups looking to enjoy the ultimate coastal getaway.

The kitchen is a true highlight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the kitchen bar comfortably seats three guests for casual dining or socializing.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area offers a spacious setting for meals. It comfortably seats eight guests, making it the perfect place for family gatherings or dinner parties.

The expansive living room exudes warmth and comfort with beautiful wood floors, a wall-mounted Smart TV for entertainment, and easy access to a balcony where you can enjoy the area's fresh air and serene surroundings.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, double vanity, and a separate sunken garden tub for ultimate relaxation.

The five additional guest bedrooms provide plenty of space and comfort, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of these rooms are furnished with king beds, one with a queen bed, another with two queen beds, and the final room with two twin beds—ensuring that everyone has their own private retreat.

On the first level, you'll find an additional seating area complete with a TV and a table with seating for four. This cozy spot opens up to the patio and pool area, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoor space. Take a dip in your private pool or relax in the spa, with several seating options to enjoy the sunshine or unwind under the stars. (The pool and spa can be heated June 1st - October 1st for an additional cost.)

With the beach just a short walk away, you’ll have easy access to the sand and surf whenever you’re ready to explore Hilton Head’s pristine coastline!

Great beach house! Close to the ocean and nicely secluded. Many large trees. Kids loved the pool and the adults were able to spread out in the spacious living areas. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location, great size, the 2 living areas nade it perfect for kids and adults. Easy short walk to beach and use of beach chairs was great not having to pack that extra stuff. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Great, spacious vacation home so close to the beach!

We had a great week! The house was plenty spacious for two families to enjoy. Very quick and easy walk to the beach and we very much appreciated the beach tent, chairs and cart provided. Jim was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we raised during our stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This lovely home gave us plenty of space for our extended family vacation. The open concept with living / dining / kitchen area was really nice so we could all be together around meal times & evenings. We enjoyed the beach decor also. Fairly short & easy walk to beach. Annual Family vacation

3 Generation Thanksgiving

Our family had a lovely stay for Thanksgiving 2022. The home was spacious and comfortable and the location was perfect. We paid extra to have the spa and pool heated and both were wonderful. Communication was easy and responsive. We hope to be back!

Family Beach Vacation

The home is very nice. Great location close to the beach. Very nice layout for a larger group with children as the main family areas are away from the bedrooms allowing the little ones to nap without being disturbed. Lots of beach equipment there to use. Home owner responded quickly to a couple of issues. Would recommend, particularly if your group has small children.

We had a fantastic week at 4 High Rigger! We had our children and grandchildren and we had plenty of room for everyone! (14 total) Location to the beach was perfect! Highly recommend! We may be back next year 😊. Communication with owners was excellent! It was the perfect vacation in Hilton Head!

The perfect vacation

Everyone in our group (8 adults, 4 kids) LOVED the house. It is not only beautiful but well maintained and the perfect layout. The kids enjoyed the lower level while the adults enjoyed the upper level. The pool area is perfect…some sun and shade throughout the day. The beach path was so close and easy to the house that it made going back and forth a breeze! Communication with the owner was easy and super responsive. Would book again in a heart beat!
