Welcome to Beach Haven.. the perfect couple's getaway. This 1st floor villa is literally steps away from the beach. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the private balcony watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee (unit has both Keurig & drip coffee maker) or glass of wine. The villa features a private bedroom with a queen size bed and TV. The living room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa (wake up to that sunrise!), along with a Smart TV. No need to bring linens (except beach towels!) as we provide sheets, towels and even a starter kit (soap, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) so you have some supplies for when you arrive. The newly remodeled kitchen has everything you could need to make yourself right at home! We also provide beach chairs & beach umbrella for you to use during your stay.

Please note: This is a SMOKE FREE & PET FREE unit.

Starter Kit includes: 4 Towel sets (Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth) Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.

Please Note- Cleaning fee also include 1 parking pass. Additional passes are available for $35 - we need to have 24 hour notice for any additional passes.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the scheduling of cleaners in advance, we are unable to accommodate late check outs. We will notify our guests when the cleanings are complete so they can get in early, when possible.
