Nestled in the heart of Sea Pines, this 3BR/3BA home offers the perfect blend of privacy and accessibility. The interior boasts luxury vinyl flooring, brand-new furniture, and a dedicated coffee bar. Guests love the private, fenced-in backyard surrounded by nature, featuring a walk-in pool and a jacuzzi that heats automatically in the evenings. Located minutes from championship golf courses and scenic bike trails, this home is your gateway to an unforgettable Hilton Head vacation.



The Space:

The Space Welcome to your modern coastal sanctuary. Extensively renovated in 2022, this single-level home features 1,800+ square feet of contemporary living space designed for comfort and style. The open-concept layout is anchored by a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living areas.

Accommodations include two expansive Master Suites, each featuring King-sized beds and private en-suite bathrooms. The primary master is equipped with a premium Tempur-Pedic mattress and a private seating area with French doors leading to the patio. The third bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with access to a full bathroom just across the hall. Throughout the home, you will find Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and designer furniture curated for a high-end feel.

The exterior is a private paradise. A screened-in porch offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee, while the fully fenced backyard provides total seclusion. Enjoy the walk-in pool (non-heated) or unwind in the heated jacuzzi, which runs automatically every evening from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Great family vacation

Loved the house with 3 nice size rooms with 3 bathrooms that was a plus. Too many trees for the sun to get through and a lot foliage which also cause alot of mosquitoes and bugs outside by the pool

We previously stayed at this property in October of 2024, and ran it back after Christmas through New Year's.We love everything about this place - excellent location with bike trail along the back, large covered parking area for car and five bikes, open floor plan family space, and porch, hugely comfortable beds, hot tub from 8-11 every night,We've traveled to HHI many times as a family for years now, but this place is our first time as a repeat, and I expect we will keep coming back here as long as Mary and Oceanside will have us -

Worth staying at again!

Many vacations to HHI, first time staying closer to South Beach; property ideally located next to bike path, easy reach to Harbor Town, Sea Pines Beach, Tower Beach, all of which we rode to multiples times during our week long stay here. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub, which ran from 6-10 pm every night. Fantastic living room setup to watch ALCS and NLCS baseball every night. Ample space for family of 5, excellent porch; we've stayed in multiple different properties (eight trips to HHI last five years) but based on my wife's feelings about it, this will likely be our first "repeat" vacation stay base in Hilton Head - i.e., we will search this specific listing out for next trip here.

Nice Home, Nice Area, but Needs Deep Cleaning

Overall, this home is a nice home. It needs a few updates and a deep scrubbing. The layout is nice. There are three BRs and three BAs. This is good for families that have larger groups. The furniture is nice, but there are a few pieces that need updating. The couch is a bit worn as well as the mattress in the bedroom off from the living room. In fact, I didn't get much sleep because of this and a few other things. The house located in a nice area, but the vegetation has made it a haven for spiders and bugs too. There is an issue with cellar spiders, so much so that the nest every few inches up under the eve of the home. The bedrooms had them too. This is caused due to not knocking down the webs and getting rid of the nest. The pool itself was nice, but again--too many trees and overgrown landscape caused the mosquitoes to be a bit much. We couldn't even use it. I spent weeks looking for a property with a great pool, which this one has, but it didn't do us any good. The back screened in porch is nice, but the locks were broken on the two back doors. I should have called, but I was told the house was inspected. I found that the blanket on the bed wasn't that clean so I had planned on washing it the first night. When I opened the washer, there were three loads of sheets and towels stuffed full. It took me three dryer loads to dry everything. Just be aware that this is how the property was cleaned. This is not what you want to find on day 1.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed on HHI many times and this house is our new favorite. The house is super clean, well stocked, has comfortable beds, and the pool is perfect. Our kids loved the pool. We rented bikes and it was so nice to have the bike trail right behind us. The rental company was easy to communicate with and love being able to text with them. There are lots of bugs, and we got loads of bug bites when out by the pool, but that’s typical for the area. The beach is a short bike ride away and the outdoor shower was very convenient for washing off the sand. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. The setting is quiet and relaxing. The house clean, well equipped and nicely laid out. The location is very nice, an easy bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town and the Forest Preserve.

The property is nicely located and a good starting point to explore the Sea pines resort and close by beach. Well maintained property, a bit dark inside as a result of the surrounding trees. Except the coffee machine that was not cleaned very well there are no remarks. We enjoyed our stay very much.

SEA PINES trip

Hot tub was not available at our convenience. Access to beach very inconvenient with no admission to beach club between 9:45 and 3 pm. We had to skim the pool everyday for leaves as well. The house and amenities were fine. I did not like having to pick up gate passes downtown. These should be mailed out for convenience.

Return to HHI 2023

After many years, we returned to HHI with our grandchildren!! Still the best family vacation spot!! The house was setup nicely with a split bedroom layout and the location was PERFECT to bike to South Beach or Harbour Town! Beds were comfy, showers had good pressure & lots of hot water. Kitchen needs some type of storage containers (i.e.- Rubbermaid or Ziploc plastic) to storage food. Usually some items remain from previous guests (i.e.- plastic wrap, foil, salt & pepper, PAM) as we left ours, but be prepared to purchase all of these items! Pool is great layout with large steps for the little ones, but is 90% shaded all day, so cold. Maybe trim just a branch or two over the pool which would give some sun and cut down on the debris in the pool. Backyard is "natural", but could use some attention, as it's starting to just look overgrown. Gas grill was a plus!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our rental that it was even better than the pictures. We loved the proximity to bike paths and how easy it was to get bikes delivered for our week in Sea Pines. Everything was seamless, and we had a wonderful stay.
