This is the WORST place we have ever booked on Hotels.com. DO NOT STAY HERE. When we arrived we noticed that it had not been cleaned (dirty fridge and freezer, sand in the bunk beds, dirty dishes in the dishwasher). It progressed to worse and worse.
UNSAFE conditions - broken metal pipe exposed in bathtub, UNSANITARY - dirty used dog bed in kids closet (my son thought it was a blanket), food spill on master comforter (not a stain), stains on all furniture and pillows), DANGEROUS - food preparation items stored under sink on comet, paint cans and cockroach traps).
To make matters worse, a complete lack of communication by the owner to schedule a cleaner, inability to get a refund for the stay despite unclean, unsafe and unsanitary conditions, and hours spent on the phone with the management company and Hotels.com to get a refund.
Do yourself a favor and stay at a Marriot!
