Spacious Oceanfront Villa with 4th Floor Ocean Views!

This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront condominium, located on the 4th floor, was completely updated in April 2026 and offers a fresh, modern coastal retreat with all-new furnishings and finishes throughout.

The open-concept living space features hardwood floors in the Living, Dining, and Kitchen areas, with a fully updated kitchen showcasing granite countertops, tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and full cookware. Enjoy casual dining with seating for four in the breakfast area and three at the kitchen bar, while the dining table for six offers stunning ocean views. The living room is styled in a contemporary beach design with comfortable seating, an HDTV, and direct access to a spacious private balcony overlooking the Atlantic, accessible from both the living and dining areas and featuring outdoor seating for four.

This property features two suites, both with King beds and en-suite bathrooms. The primary suite offers a King bed, HDTV, and a large window overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, along with a spacious bathroom featuring a large double sink vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower. The second suite includes a King bed, HDTV, and a private balcony with seating for two overlooking the ocean, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Located in Windsor Place in Palmetto Dunes, guests enjoy access to a large oceanfront pool, Jacuzzi, children’s pool, sundeck, grilling area, and a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, all just minutes from golf, tennis, and miles of bike paths.

Please note: pool heating is available October 15–November 30 and March 15–April 30, cooling July 15–August 15, and pets are not permitted.

Our accommodations were clean & welcoming. The grounds to our complex were clean & well kept. Night life on HHI is pretty scarce, even the ice cream parlors close before 10. The beach is spectacular, plenty of pickle ball, tennis, bike riding & of course golf.

Disappointing

Reviewer Comments: It’s a wonderful view from 2417 Windsor II but the condo was not as well maintained as others we rented over the years from this building and others near by. Especially concerning was the small bedroom. It was occupied by an adult during our stay. The room had a very old and very small tv. I called Palmetto Dunes and asked if it could be replaced. The person at the front desk was very polite and said our request would be forwarded and we would receive a call back with the results. We never got a return call. The garbage disposal had to be replaced during our stay. The repair people from Palmetto Dunes were prompt and polite. Compared to the other condos we have rented in the same and nearby buildings, 2417 was our least favorite.

There have been some updates since last year and it's a very comfortable condo and includes everything you need for a wonderful stay, including beach chairs/toys, games, books, and a well-stocked kitchen. During our stay the outdoor grills were taken out, which we were not notified about and was an inconvenience because we used them often. Changes to the property need to be communicated to the guests. Other than that, as long as the condo and property continue to be updated as needed, this is a wonderful place to stay.

The unit has beautiful views of the ocean from multiple rooms and access to the beach is easy. We loved having access to the grills and hot tub on the complex grounds. The unit was spacious and allowed us to work, relax and have fun. The unit was nicely decorated and had all of the amenities of home. The only improvements we would recommend is installing a screen door on the second bedroom slider and replace the living room couches. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to stay there again.
