This comfortable second-floor villa offers a Comfy new King bed, cable TVs in both rooms, WiFi, and a full kitchen with everything needed for easy meals. Relax on your private balcony with a partial ocean view, or take in the pool view from the front door. As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Seaside is an oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach area. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. We provide two free beach bikes and beach chairs.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great location

The property was well located to the beach and shops/restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the mini kitchen had enough supplies. The property is one of the apts closest to the main road so you occasionally hear road noise and the apt complex dumpster pick up at 6:15 am twice during our stay. The property manager was very responsive to messages. This is a very family friendly property.

Birthday / Valentine Getaway Weekend

Everything was perfect. Just as described. Host was Awesome. Condo is within walking distances to local restaurants and shops in which we enjoyed over the weekend. We even decided to stay an extra night on check out day and our host was super responsive and was able to get us another night! No complaints here! Everything was perfect

Beach getaway

This cute condo was located steps from the beach and a short walk to Coligney shopping and restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much walks and the beach, sunsets and sunrises, breakfast on the patio and bike rides on the trails. Perfect weekend getaway spot!

We planned a last minute trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and this spot was perfect! It was in the perfect location for literally everything. The villa was so clean and cute. We had zero issues! Great time in Hilton Head

Smaller, dated unit missing some ammenities like dishwasher and supplies, but good communication with property owner over issues. As advertised the bed was very comfortable and distance from beach was fine. Appreciated that unit came with beach chairs and bikes so did not need to rent Thanks!

Perfect location for romantic get-away

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and meet up with old college friends. The condo was absolutely adorable. It was very clean, bright and newly updated. It was exactly as described and photographed. The condo building, in general, is in a great location near the ocean and within walking distance to Cologny Plaza and restaurants and bars. The check-in process was so easy, and Kendall touched base with us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit and building.

Great solo vacay

This condo was perfect for me! Steps away from the beach and short walk or bike ride to the Tiki Hut Bar and Coligny Plaza. I enjoyed riding the bike to explore the area and the pool was very quiet and clean. This was my first solo trip and I felt safe my entire stay. Met lots of locals at the Tiki Hut and enjoyed some live music. Perfect weather and perfect stay! Can't wait to visit again 😎

This ocean Villa is very nice. Perfect location and very clean. My husband and I enjoyed the porch for having coffee and breakfast. We loved riding the bikes on the beach early mornings. The Villa was everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Great location, right on the beach and close to restaurants. Only thing I would note is the mattress has seen better days. If you have back or neck problems this may not be the rental for you. Otherwise, amazing vacation!

Quick getaway

My husband and I traveled down for a few days to celebrate my 60th birthday! Everything was great! The owner checked on us a few times to make sure we had what we needed. We were able to park our car and not have to get back in it until we left!

Superb location, lovely accommodations

My 23 year old daughter and I decided on a whim to sneak off for a few days and we are so glad we did! The Seaside Villa studio apartment was clean, well appointed and the perfect location on Hilton Head. Kendall and Jeremy were excellent hosts. They answered all of our communications almost immediately and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were able to walk to dinner, shopping, nightlife and even caught an awesome free concert in the nearby park. We will definitely be back! Thank you Kendall and Jeremy for being the perfect hosts!
