Courtside 24 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom end unit in Courtside Villas in the Forest Beach neighborhood of Hilton Head Island. This tastefully decorated villa is your perfect vacation getaway located just off Forest Beach’s busy pathway

This end unit gets plenty of Hilton Head Island sunshine. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a pantry. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked in an alcove in the kitchen. The dining area is furnished with a wood table and six chairs. There is a half bath off the dining area. Light maple wood floors throughout the first floor of the townhome.

The living room features a new queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and swivel chair and a cheerful blue area rug. A 55” flat screen television is placed in the large entertainment center. Games, books and playing cards be found there too. For a breath of fresh air, a sliding glass door leads from the living room to the deck when you’ll have great views of the pool and surrounding landscape.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom decorated in a beach theme with light and airy bedding. It offers a king-size bed, two closets, a cozy leather chair, and a flat screen television. The master has its own private bath with an elegant tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, decorated in a light green and coral beach theme, has queen-size and a full bed, two closets, and a flat screen television. Its private bathroom features a tiled shower/tub combination.

Courtside 24 is an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, 3 blocks to Coligny Plaza, and 2 blocks to the new Low Country Celebration Park. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center is right next door. Courtside Villas, Hilton Head Island has 2 beautiful pools, guests get tennis privileges up to one hour per day at the tennis center, and the HHI trolley stop is right out front.

The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast. Forest Beach rentals put you in the heart of the Hilton Head Island action!

Only 2 cars are allowed. Please let us know if you will need 1 or 2 passes.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
