The cheerful foyer leads you pass the delightful nook, which is the perfect spot for dealing a hand of cards or sipping on some freshly brewed coffee before beginning your day. The T-shaped kitchen in all its "chicness" offers, granite countertops, all-white appliances, and lots of cabinet space to store groceries while everyone helps in making the family’s traditional, vacation recipes. Just off the kitchen is the dining room offering seating for 4.

Encourage your friends to “whine” a little and stop by the wet bar to get a glass filled with their favorite beverage before they make their way over to the comfy living room, with its three piece seating group and flat screen television. Housed on the back deck is a table with fours chairs, cozy enough for dining, having a poker night, or star gazing into the galaxy. Great views of the lagoon will delight you and your family!

Evian 290 sleeps 6 guests in 2 spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with regal decor and a beautiful bay window that overlooks the Hilton Head’s lush landscape. The primary bathroom is home to a tiled shower/bath combination, perfect for feeling as majestic as you are. On the way to the guest bedroom, you pass a washer and dryer closet. The guest bedroom is delightfully decorated with oranges and blues and equipped with a flat-screen television and a snug armchair, perfect for catching up on your author’s newest top-selling novel. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

Evian is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.
