Room was clean. Staff were cery good. Antonious Waguih ,presumably manager went out of his way to make sure the group were well catered for. Nothing was too much for him. He helped make the room cosier and welcoming.Staff was well co ordinated and communication between the 2 parties was brilliant.We never felt ignored. Rooms were brilliant.Breakfast was good although on Alex (Maybe duty Manager)who made us feel like we were a problem all the time. Lots of misunderstanding right from the very word go. Apart from him and his team ,my group had a good time.

Room very clean, all staff both courteous and helful. I don't usually stay in hotels so the only item missing for me that would have enhanced my stay would have been a small fridge to keep some of my own necessary dietary items of food. As only there for three nights my cool bag and flasks aided the survival of everything apart from fresh milk.

Welcoming team at front desk. Faith checked us in, even though she was to finish her shift she stayed back to check us in during a busy period. The spa team (Sam) kept up the energy whilst checking people into the spa in a busy period. The spa Manager was great checking us in the following day whist juggling a customer on the phone. The spa area and pool 10/10. The only thing was having noise in the corridor and rooms near by which settled down eventually.
