The hotel itself was fine. The problem was the poor customer treatment. Many months after my stay at the hotel, they surprised me with a late hotel charge without reducing the fee. I didn’t have much money to pay (I’m a student), but they didn’t care. I tried to contact customer service, but they don’t have a customer service number. I strongly recommend staying at a hotel thar charges you on time and also gives you recourse when you’re treated unfairly.

Nous avons eu une chambre au 3 étage . À notre arrivé on nous dit que il n y a pas d ascenseur. Après avoir monté nos bagages nous avons voulu brancher nos cellulaires une prise sur deux ne fonctionnait pas . Dans la salle de bain certain interrupteur ne fonctionne pas , quand on tire la chasse d’eau l’eau remonte par la douche . Le sofa n est pas confortable et a des Troy . Les oreillers sont tellement plats que avec ou sans on voit pas de différence. Aller au holiday in en face pour 50 dollars de plus ça sera mieux
