False Advertising DISSAPOINTING
Publié le 15 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayOnly booked the place as it had a spa and view otherwise would have just booked at a top 10.
Traveled 8 hours and got there and no spa at all.
The place was advertised as having a spa. Looked on line when I got to the place and was still being advertised to book with a spa included.
Rang owner and she said that in the description the spa was only for use at a certain time of the year so I sent screen shots to her as there was no such description and was false advertising.
Got money back and traveled 8 hours home the same day.
Hope they have changed the description and make it clear for other people for the future as I wouldn't want anyone else being disappointed and wasting peoples time and travel.

Totally unreasonable review. Guest did not read listing at time of booking where it clearly stated spa was available for winter only. Despite this, guest was given a full refund including all booking fees but still posted poor review.
Technical fault with bookabach website resulted in a spa icon being left on listing which was bought to my attention by this guest. It took 3 weeks of continual calls to book a bach to have removed and was not a case of false advertising or a fault at our end as this guest has indicated with her review.

Beautiful spot

Only issue was that we happened to be there when it was really windy - the unit shook a bit with the wind and there was an intermittent vibrating noise (possibly from the roof?) that made for a bit of a restless night for the light sleeper. Otherwise brilliant.

Peaceful rural retreat
Publié le 26 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe view is stunning! Such a restful place to stay at the end of a full day of sightseeing. Comfortable and clean. Just enough equipment to cook a simple meal of local mussels and enjoy with some local wine as the sun sets.
