Historic 2 BR Cabin w Hot Tub near Buffalo River!

Experience the history of Ozarks and the Buffalo River in this one-of-a-kind and fully renovated 80-year-old barn!

This fully renovated 80-year-old barn sits just minutes from the Buffalo River and Little Buffalo River. Cabin has stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen, a fire pit, high-speed internet, an 8-person hot tub, lots of local wildlife, a gas grill, and most importantly, complete privacy on this secluded 82-acre homestead!

A truly one-of-a-kind stay.

The Master bedroom features a custom-built queen bed, reading lights, a 50” 4k TV, a dresser, and a closet. The room also comes equipped with an air purifier.

The ensuite master bathroom features a custom-built walk-in shower and double sinks. The bathroom is stocked with soak salts, extra towels, makeup remover, hair dryer. Q-Tips, cotton balls, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a double oven, dishes, cookware, and utensils to make the perfect homestyle meals for friends and family.

The dining room has seating for 4, and the island seats another 2.

The living room boasts high ceilings, large windows with natural light, a gas fireplace, a large couch, a 4k TV, and a desk for a computer. The living room also has a Bluetooth speaker to take outside and a flashlight for viewing wildlife.

The bunkroom has custom-built full-size bunk beds plus a futon. Built-in wall shelves for personal items, a dresser, and a 4k TV, mini SNES console with 1000s of games. The room also comes equipped with an air purifier.

Bunkroom bathroom has a shower/tub combination with a sink. The bathroom is stocked with extra towels, makeup remover, hair dryer. Q-Tips, cotton balls, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo.

The back deck features fantastic views of the forest and mountains, an 8-person hot tub, an ice chest, built-in fans, and seating for the entire family.

Just down the deck stairs, we have a large gravel area, a fire ring with seating for 8.

Relax and enjoy yourself in our cabin situated on our private 82 acres of forest. Guests will have access to all areas of the house, including the 82 acres surrounding it.

There is an RV spot with electric and water hookups that is also available for an additional fee.

All TVs have YouTube TV and Plex logged in.

The Barn is on a private 82-acre lot.

Short distance from the quaint little town of Jasper and a few miles to the Buffalo National River. The area boasts great hiking, seasonal waterfalls, rock climbing, mountain biking, and much more. The perfect place to get away from it all and recharge.

Pets are allowed with a pet fee. RVs and campers are not allowed without prior approval from the property manager.

My husband and I spent a week at The Barn. What a prefect location for accessing Buffalo River recreation and for peacefully relaxing! We fished, hiked, and took a short day trip to Mansfield to visit the Laura Ingalls Wilder homestead. We were pleased with the excellent gas prices (comparatively...we come from Florida) and low grocery prices in the area. Max answered questions about the area quickly. We enjoyed the hot tub, and thank you for fully equipping the kitchen! We gad everything we needed. The Barn was well appointed and clean. We would love to return for future vacations.

Wonderful place to stay.

The photos of this place don’t do it justice. 5 minutes away from a great swimming hole, beautiful view of the Arkansas mountains, great layout and decor, pet friendly, nice hot tub and cozy atmosphere. This place is clean and very well maintained. We all really enjoyed our stay at the barn.

We loved our stay at The Barn. The space is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. We were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal and just had to bring the food, everything else was there. Our kids loved the bunk beds and hot tub. The views outside are amazing. This place really has everything! And the hosts are so thoughtful and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. We will absolutely be back!

We loved staying at the Barn during our trip! My family and I had everything we needed to feel relaxed and comfortable while there. Beautiful long weekend spent at the Barn! We loved everything; the well stocked kitchen, stable wifi, super comfy beds, the patio with outdoor amenities... the patio fans were a godsend in the heat. We were able to enjoy a ton of time outside with those fans! The hot tub with a view was wonderful too! Super quiet area, close to the river and even more gorgeous views.
