Situated on the UTV trail with easy access to numerous routes and ample truck and trailer parking! Also near many options for public hunting and fishing. In the nearby towns you can go antique shopping, to the casino for some gambling, visit the area wineries and breweries, check out Lake Wazee or Hatfield areas for boating and all water activities and more! The home is ADA compliant, no steps! Sit on the front porch and enjoy watching the cattle graze. Property renovation and updates just completed!
