Good location. Room was clean. There's no elevator, so be prepared to climb the stairs if your room is on 2nd or 3rd and you have luggages. They only give one key each room which is quite inconvenient for me cuz my cousin and I didn't always go out with each other, and one of us had to contact the customer service to get the code to enter the room, but then there's no electricity without the key. If you have a motorbike, their front yard can only fit 2 motorbikes, and there's no lock on the gate so make sure to lock your bike but it's still not guaranteed.

Decent, no frills option

Location was good, lots of food options around. Washing machine and dryer on the top floor / roof area — very convenient for doing laundry. Room cleaning was offered on some days (but not predictable) — unexpected since the listing states that there isn’t daily housekeeping. There was no desk / workspace inside the room, so those who need to get work done should take note. Overall, it was a decent stay.
