The only thing that impressed me about this stayed was the front desk lady name Tracy. She tried her very best to accommodate and most of, she is exceptionally hard working. Water pressure in the bathroom were inadequate and constant noises from ambulances because it’s right next to the hospital. Tracy was very apologetic and tried her best to provide her best hospitality. I see she worked every shift without a break. I respect her professionalism. The owner is very lucky to have her. Thanks Tracy.

We really enjoyed the location, in Cho Lon area, means no other foreigners than us in the hotel and in the area. The staff was really devoted and easy-smiling, gave us good info (about Grab, SIM cards, etc) . The room was very very clean. The only small point was the fact that this room (804) located at the top of the hotel was also next to the lift machinery : that causes a kling-klong noise when the lift reverses its course. But we easily survived (9-nights) since this lift is quite not used during the night. We quickly didn't pay attention. Food in the area : - the excellent and very affordable Baoz Dim Sum (5 mn walking). Small market the other side of the boulevard. - delicious pho at Pho Danh, next to VietinBank (ATM) à 4 mn walking - delicious, simple, healthy and cheap vietnamese food at Bành Uôt Ban Mê - Giang Vuong (one street further, 5 mn walking) We really recommand this hotel, we'll get there again for our next trip to HCMC.
