This was an amazing hotel. The service was superb. Everyone was helpful and nice. Definitely get the executive lounge. The breakfast was one of the largest buffets I’ve been through around the world and in the lounge you can have lunch and dinner. The room is a very nice size. Everything about the stay was excellent and the location is easy to find a Grab taxi to go around ho chi Ming city.

The hotel is a grand inside not over stimulating to view as a structure the courtyard entrance cleverly thought out water feature ,but surrounded community is not that impressive the distance landscape is to be appreciated but close surroundings not that” cool”!!!! Stayed 8 nights on two occasions and that tells you all you need to know lol. Seriously, this is a wonderful hotel, definitely 5 star. I stayed in a basic room, which is large by comparison to most hotels. King bed, super comfortable, bathroom was super. Breakfast buffet is top notch. This property is immaculate and in a good location. Highly recommend. P.S., if you're going to eat the breakfast buffet daily, definitely included it in your room reservation as the price doubles if you ask for it on arrival.

The staff are super friendly. The hotel itself is just a little worn down in the rooms. The door hinges are really dirty. Yes, it’s a little picky, but that tells you my attention to detail. The carpet is also old and dingy as well too. I love the set up of the room with the toilet being separate. It makes it nice when traveling and not having to wait for the bathroom.
