The place is fantastic, clean, yummy food, good value for money, good location but the beds are hard

Parking was listed as included in the booking but hotel still charged 50K VND every day for parking Not much, but it shouldn’t be advertised as “Parking Included”

Dear Joseph,Thank you for trusting and choosing Lanura as your stay during your recent vacation. We are very grateful that you enjoyed our free services such as Sauna, Gym, laundry and motorbikes parking. At Lanura's, motorbikes parking is free of charge. However, as the parking slots for cars are limited with only 6 due to fire saftety reasons, therefor there is a charge for cars parking. This kind of information is published at the site for guests to view. The price for cars parking is 50,000đ/4 hours-24 hours, 20,000đ/2 hours-4 hours and free for under 2 hours. For guests who are staying at Lanura's, this fee is only applied once every 24 hours. Guests are not required to pay extra to go in and out during the 24 hours stay. We hope for your understanding of this policy.We hope to see you again soon!Thank you!

The apartment is very clean and convenient with the nice restaurant in the same building. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I like the place but unlucky for me there was little ones on my floor crying, screaming and laughing for two hours til 11pm. I could not fall asleep til midnight and had to be at the airport for 5am.
