Staffs were professional and have great customer service. Room were clean and staff offers to clean room every day as needed. Very responsive when questions were being asked and accommodated us. My girlfriend and I loved the experience that M city hotel has given us and would stay here again if we were to travel to the city next time!

The hotel is centrally located and our rooms were decent. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Our only complaint was most of us were vegetarian and there wasn't much choice for breakfast. It could have been a bit better considering it is an important meal of the day

Great central location and upmarket hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were given a warm welcome at the door and great service from all the staff. You made our stay so comfortable and service with a smile and polite throughout our stay. Thank you for spoiling my wife with her birthday decorations and roses, she was surprised and enjoyed getting spoiled on her special day. We had a leak in the bathroom and my partner slipped and hurt his arm. He could have broken it had he not caught himself by the door. We tried to get a refund and get another hotel even though yes we understand its non refundable but under these circumstances it was the negligence of the hotel to not provide a safe space. This would not have happened in America. The joke was they offered 2 free spas instead. Then they said they would refund a day and now they're not so we are disputing this charge!

Centrally situated and a good base for walking the city. Our room had a city view — some were windowless and very small. Comfortable bed. Clean. Very good shower. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Grace on the front desk, who helped us print documents needed for our crossing to Cambodia. Breakfast was a good variety, with an egg station and phó as well as other hot and cold options. There’s also complimentary afternoon tea, and a happy hour for drinks. Minibar is complimentary on the first day. There’s a small, adequately equipped gym on the top floor.
