Llegamos al hotel y no estaba abierto. Unas personas nos indicaron que estaba cerrado y hemos tenido que buscar otro alojamiento y nos han cobrado la no estancia!

Good location, comfortable

Slept well here after a long flight. Hotel is in a good location for bars and restaurants and there are a few little shops across the road for drinks, snacks etc. Pillows smelt a little sweaty and the maid tried to come in at about 8:30am to make up room.

同クラスのホテルを宿泊していますが、朝食は品数が少なく見えましたが満足できて、まあおいしかったかな…。朝食のフォーは専門店で食べるのと同じですよ。日本人成人男性には十分かな。 宿泊者に日本人は私たち以外いなくて、欧米人と韓国系の方たちのツァー団体でした。 日本語ができるスタッフはいないようなのですが、ちょっと頑張って英語と身振り手振りで何とか話しかければ大丈夫そうです。スタッフの皆さんは男女とも愛想もよく、優しそうでしたから…。

Bloß kein Zimmer zur Straßenseite buchen

Das Moonlight Hotel liegt im Touristendistrict von Ho Chi Minh und alles ist recht gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Als wir ankamen waren die Zimmer noch nicht ganz fertig obwohl wir schon rein konnten. Die Kissen waren nicht überzogen und Seife hat gefehlt. Obwohl wir nicht das günstiste Zimmer gebucht haben und ich extra erwähnt habe das ich kein Zimmer zu Straßenseite möchte, habe ich ein kleines Zimmer bekommen wo der Straßenverkehr sehr laut war. Zwar war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit nur sehr oft war das Englisch zu schlecht und man konnte sich nur schwer verständigen. Nachts konnten wir kaum schlafen da es viel zu laut im Zimmer war. Man dachte die Fenster sind offen, so laut war es. Schlafen ist hier wenn dann nur mit Ohrenstöpsel möglich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sonderlich gut. Es gab mehr Mittagessen als Auswahl an Frühstück und das um 08:00 Uhr morgens.

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Angestellten sprechen recht ordentliches Englisch. Obwohl das Hotel an einer recht lauten Strasse liegt, war unser Zimmer nach hinten raus nicht laut. Die Lage ist okay, die meisten Highlights sind zur Not zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wegen den in dieser Gegend mit Rollern zugeparkten Gehwegen ist man mit einem der billigen Taxen aber besser beraten. Das Frühstück ist nix besonderes, aber man wird satt, gut ist die Nudelsuppe (Pho). Insgesamt war ich für den sehr moderaten Preis echt zufrieden.

飯店對面有ok便利超商，在附近吃飯很方便，距離范五街酒吧、西貢夜市走路約15分鐘，飯店本身設備簡便，櫃台人員可英文溝通，主要優點是便宜，就不要求太多。

Nice Location, Breakfast and Bed, but POOR SERVICE

The headline says it all. Many mistakes were made by the staff. We requested missing items, then never got them. We asked for an extra bed, they promised to bring one, then said the housekeeping staff had gone home. On top of this the desk clerk was rude. Oh, the room was very dirty, dusty as well. Unless you like this kind of treatment you will want to avoid staying at this hotel.

Great Location. Nice Breakfast. But Poor Service

My family and I stayed at this property twice during our Vietnam visit. The first time was for 3 days, and the second just for a brief stay to catch our early flight to Hong Kong. The location in district 1 is excellent. The simple buffet breakfast is nice, the beds are comfortable, but NOTHING ELSE about our stay was as it should have been. Some of the staff were rude and did not follow through on addressing our concerns and requests during both stays. The HOUSEKEEPING department is a disaster! We found dust nearly 1cm deep on horizontal surfaces in the room and wrote a note in the dust "Clean Me," but nothing was done. The air-con did not work when we arrived. It was supposedly fixed, but failed again. Finally, on the second try it was fixed properly, but the workers left quite of a pile of white dust behind that was still there several days later with our second visit. The room did not have enough supplies and towels upon arrival during both visits. On the second visit after a 7 hour bus ride from Mui Ne we walked in the room and found no extra bed for our son as ordered. They promised to deliver one then said the housekeeping staff had just gone home and they could not help us. Thank God for a king size bed in this case. The final failure was to give us a wake up call at 0300 for our trip to the airport. The call finally came at 0320. You may want to find another hotel in the area with similar advantages and a more caring, competent staff.

2 nights in Saigon

The hotel was good! We had a nice, normal, clean room on the 6th floor with a really big bed. They played music in the corridor quite late in the evening, but we called the reception and they switched it off. The first morning they played music in the corridor already at 7, but luckily there where no music on the second morning nor in the evening. The breakfast buffee was good. The hotel is located in a nice area on a shopping street, and it was easy to go anuwhere.

Great choice

There were many hotel options to choose from in the centre of the city. I chose this one due to location and price, which fared similarly to others at the same star rating. I chose the deluxe option which might not have made much difference but didn't see the other rooms to compare. Was very peaceful so was able to get a good night's sleep with decent air conditioning, and very clean. Mattress slightly hard but didn't bother me, slept very well. Breakfast wasn't very exciting but served it's purpose - don't be put off by that. Overall, better quality than a UK travelodge, and cheaper (unless you book the advanced sale rooms!).

房間：房間沒有想像中的大，但當初會選擇這間飯店就是看上基本房型也有大片對外窗，而的確我對這點非常滿意。隔音效果不太好，因為門縫從外頭看進去是會透光的，門外的聲音會很明顯。房間內的插座稍嫌不足，每個地方都只有單插座孔。 地點：距離范五老街以步行來說是有點遠了，但是還是不錯的選擇，門外就有公車可以到，另外過馬路左前方有24h的便利商店，右前方也有藥局，附近是中式餐館。 餐點：早餐不會偏離三星級旅館應該提供的平均水準，以服務員的服務品質來說非常滿意。 建議：若是隔音效果再好一點會更好。 房間建議： 最基本的房型也有大片對外窗，不過若是要看到教堂建議選擇西面房間。

excellent customer service - rooms were a bit dated but still comfortable enough. 2 beds were pushed together to make a king bed. the room doors have a security alarm that goes off if it is not shut closed all the way - found it useful and provided an extra sense of security. walking distance to tourist attractions..thought the rooms are not as new as other hotels nearby it is still great for 1 or 2 nights for the price and location.
