Despite being located in the hectic district 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, this location is tucked away in an alleyway that is quiet & peaceful. That makes it a very good space as it is close to everything, but yet offering plenty of privacy. The space itself is cute with the plants, etc. The host is fantastic, very responsive & offering information, support to help making my stay even more welcome. The experience makes me feel like home. I actually booked this same place for my last two weeks in HCM on my trip & can't wait.

I really liked the location and layout of this house — it’s very comfortable and peaceful! The room has plenty of space to move around, and it comes with a wardrobe, hangers, and a water filter pitcher. There’s also a private bathroom for personal use.

Phuong’s place was great, he even stayed up late to make sure I could check in when my flight got delayed. They helped me set-up tours and gave me tips on restaurants as well. I would strongly recommend Hoa’s to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

I happened to find a super satisfactory home in just a few rushed days of looking for a place to stay. The host is friendly, responds to messages quickly, and gives clear and thorough guidance. The Metropole's prime location in Thu Thiem is fantastic. It's just a 1-minute drive across the bridge to District 1, placing you near major attractions. The apartment is modern, clean, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for remote work. Truly a luxurious stay!
