The staff is very professional, kind, incredibly helpful and eager to help make your stay unforgettable. We took a private driver from the hotel to all our attractions and back to Hanoi. What an amazing experience. The grounds are incredibly well maintained, lush gardens a pond, right up against some incredible mountains... can recommend MORE. Close to main attractions.

Amazing peaceful setting which was much needed after a week in Hanoi. Staff were excellent and even though a bit dated you can tell the place was really well designed with framed views of surroundings. Location also great and only a short bike ride to most things. We loved staying at Muong Village. Our room overlooked a pond. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. All of our meals, including the breakfast buffet, were delicious. A nice out of the way. Place literally at the end of the road. Get 5 minutes away from excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you like a little bit of a taste of rural but close enough to your coffee shop and this is the one. Make sure you ask for a renovated room
