The room was nicer than I was expecting do a budget motel. & quite large. Beds not very comfortable - my room had a ‘king’ & a single. I slept on the si gel as the king looked like a sumo had broken all the springs.

A clean, comfortable and spacious room within walking distance to Hobart's main attractions. All the staff we interacted with during our stay were friendly and professional and the discount at the onsite bistro were a nice bonus

Room clean however, lights either fully on or off, no small lights so one person could sleep whilst another read, would be difficult if kids travelling also. Generally needs updating, carpeting worn, no lift, limited menu, bar staff seem to run reception. Bar staff lovely but prob wouldnt use again.

It was noisy with other people from next room out side drinking,smoking and talking and laughing out loud. Had to call reception and that helped a little. Room didn't have bed side lamps room was in average condition
