Montrose Lodge Double Bed Room has its own individual locked room with bathroom shower, toile, kettle, study desk and laundry to keep privacy and convenience；Free parking inside or on the street.



**The front part of the house is also used for short-term rental, accommodating up to 4 people who enter through the front door. If you have more members, you can also book Unit 1 at the front. Additionally, the upstairs area is occupied by long-term guests, and you will share the back door with them, but your room will have a separate lock with the locker box.



**Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors
