Great motel

Small motel opposite Wrest Point. Bus stop very close with 3 or 4 buses per hour into city. I always choose water view for the double aspect, lightness.

While it was a comfortable Queen Room, with a view, it was out dated and drab. The shower was clean enough though there was ‘gunk’ in the bottom of the screen door. Their reception staff however were wonderfully polite and friendly.

This property is well maintained and easy access. Although it is getting a little dates and does have a bit of an older styled motel vibe, it’s clean and well presented. They have done well to make it look good and appealing. Car parking was free and wasn’t an issue for us but it did seem to be full by evening. Information about checkout was limited and hard to find information on, however it is just as any other hotel runs. Drop box for early checkout and need to settle accounts before departure.
