A lovely apartment hotel. Stayed there three nights separated by week of toring Tasmania. Hotel was best laid out, best amenities and among most friendly staff in 3 months of toring Australia. Would absolutely stay there and recommend to anyone wanting good value and comfortable accomodation.

Great staff, nice rooms with kitchen and a toaster. Even a pot of spread left in the fridge from a previous guest was welcome, went well on the toast! Really enjoyed the 15 minute walks down the hill to dine and shop, beautiful gardens and buildings left right and centre. Quiet spot away from the CBD, plenty of free parking.

In 3 months travelling Australia, St Ives was the nicest accomodation we stayed in QLD, NSW, VIC & S AUS. it was not super fancy but was convenient, friendly, all amenities were absolutely functional, and very well laid out. Location was near harbour, market, museums & botannical garden so we could leave car parked & walk everywhere. As said, St Ives was the best hotel experience we had in Australia.

Room was clean, check-in super smooth, great little apartment for a few days stay with super friendly staff. Daily housekeeping including coffee and tea in a spot that you could comfortably live for a while. Awesome location about 7 minute walk to the heart of Salamanca.
