The man at the front desk during check in was pretty rude. I want to know who thinks that when a room sleeps 3 people that it would mean they all 3 share a king bed? Anyone? He made me feel like an idiot for booking this and made sure to let me know that next time I need to make sure I book the right room. Next time? Nope.

The kids really liked the hot breakfast. They had a problem with the kitchen on Friday so there wasn’t hot breakfast available but the waffles were still available.

Room was dirty, hair and food and dirt under the foldout couch and behind it as well as behind the chair. Hot tub was cold, staff said owner refused to fix it. But staff failed to mention it not working when I checked in and asked if the pool amd hot tub were open. Foldout couch had stains on the mattress. No extra bedding in the room, had to wait 25 minutes at the front to get it.
