The property was partly renovated in 2024 and features cosy, welcoming furnishings throughout. Upon entering, you are greeted by an entrance hall that leads into a comfortable living room equipped with a flat screen satellite TV and direct access to both the garden and the balcony. Also on the ground floor, 1 room features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with its own flat screen satellite TV. A large kitchen and living room combines generous cooking and dining facilities, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a dining table for shared meals. The bathroom on this level includes a bath and WC. On the upper floor, 1 room offers 1 double bed again configured as 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm length, with its own flat screen satellite TV, while a third room provides 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
