Our free bicycle rental service allows you easily visit and discover attractions in and around Hoi An, including the ancient town, art galleries, sunset views and, of course, sampling our traditional food. If you're looking to get away from the tourist traps, head east towards local beaches where you can swim or relax in the shade with a refreshing beverage.

Room Plan:

* 1st building:
- Ground floor: Lobby, shared kithen and dinning area, and a little private room.
- 2nd floor: 2 guest rooms with 2 private balcony in each room, view to the local field and river. The private balconies can be connected to each other.
- 3rd floor: the same as the 2nd floor

* 2nd building is at the back of the villa: 2 next door rooms, view to the pool.

* And the pool is set between the 2 building, including the outdoor pool and a jacuzzi as kids pool.

+ And please consider each room has its own private access. We, a couple with 2 kids, take a room next to the lobby. Guests take all of the rest 6 rooms with private access. We stay here to take care of our guests and help them experience the local life here. There is also a receptionist, house keeper and a chef working in the day time to serve your group.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi, the kitchen and all equipments and furnitures in the kitchen will be shared.

And there's also a spa in the backyard for your convenience, in case you request for a massage service.
