Listing promised coffee in room. We are early risers who need our wake-up beverage before most continental breakfasts are set up. We verified with the desk clerk that there were indeed coffee makings in our room. There were -- IF you count two pods of decaff and two pods of herbal tea. When we went back to the desk to ask for pods of caffeinated coffee, the same clerk told us, mysteriously, that "we can't get them." Other than that, the room was pleasant and quiet, the continental breakfast had some nice offerings, etc. But the false advertising and the strange inability even to procure something as common as coffee pods made us wonder if the hotel was going broke or something.

Not in great shape

Room was clean, but very dark. Window didn’t have a privacy screen. No charging station, just one hidden wall plug. The sleeper sofa was broken. This was the most expensive hotel in the town, so I was expecting a lot more, but quite disappointed.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice and very welcoming. They made us a new room key within the first 30 minutes we were there because we locked our first key card in the room. Our room smelled kind of closed up and stale and the bathroom doorknob was very loose but the room was clean. The hotel was close to the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert and that was definitely a plus. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we were in the area.

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Got there late. I had a lot of luggage unpacked and then went to the restroom to find a extremely dirty toilet seat. The carpet in the halls and the room were absolutely disgusting! We checked out within an hour and a half. The next morning at the hotel we say that in Winslow Arizona the county inspector was there checking on their hotel. He gave me a number and I called and put a formal complaint into the county health department about how dirty and filthy it was! Don't ever stay there.

The light switches were attached to lamps in the room which had been turned off. The bathtub drain must have been clogged because it took forever to empty the drain after a shower.
