Saugatuck Farmhouse - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 10

Renovated historic Farmhouse downtown Saugatuck. This completely renovated historic farmhouse is right in the middle of it all in the heart of downtown Saugatuck. It is just a few blocks to everything, Restaurants, Bars, chain ferry, fishing dock on the Kalamazoo river or wherever else you want to go downtown. Just park your car and leave the worries of driving behind. If you choose to stay in feel free to make dinner in the gourmet kitchen and large dining area that will seat 12 comfortably. Watch the large screen Smart TV and cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room, sit in the hot tub, play pool in the parlor, or just relax in the evening on the large screened in porch with no worries of the pesty bugs! This cottage has central heating and air conditioning. The first bedroom is on the main and is outfitted with a queen bed. There is a large bathroom on the main that has a shower, toilet and vanity. This bathroom also has an additional vanity separated by a door for your convenience. The upstairs has bedroom number 2 and 3 with King beds and TV's in each bedroom. Bedroom 4 and 5 are outfitted with Queen beds and each room also has a TV. The upstairs has a shared full bath with a tiled shower and a large capacity soaking bath tub. This fully updated and renovated historic home truly has it all. The farm house is attached to the Lucky Lucy which is a totally separate unit. There is a large utility room that separates these two units. This home has been offered for rental for the first time in the Spring of 2019.

By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following terms:

(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)

1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. You can also park on the street in any legal spot overnight.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. This goes for DAY OR NIGHT. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
9.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly per the local ordinance, however because this home is in town and there are neighbors close as well as in the same cottage please keep the noise levels down as to not disturb any of the neighbors. This is also important because the Lucky Lucy is attached so you must be considerate and aware there is an attached cottage.
10.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
11.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties without permission and payment of fee, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. The maximum occupancy of this property is 10 due to fire code.
12.) The pool table is to be used properly and children who are not old enough to play or do not know how to play are not allowed to use the equipment. Please do not use the pool table to set drinks or ANYTHING. Guest will be responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment.
13.) No more than 5 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITHOUT AN ADULT!
14.) Fireworks on the property are prohibited at all times.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
