Guest Access
* Self check-in through a keypad at a private entrance — no need to meet anyone on arrival
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM
* The entire cabin is yours for the length of your stay
* Three parking spots at the cabin, with additional overflow parking available in the development

POST-BOOKING REQUIREMENT

Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.

Other Things to Note
* There is no private dock, private shoreline, or direct path to the water at this cabin. Boat parking is available within the development, and State Park Marina is a short drive.
* There are concrete steps up to the entry.
* The third bedroom and its bathroom are upstairs and reached by a staircase.
* This is a cabin community, and neighboring cabins sit close by.
* Dogs are welcome, under 50 pounds. A pet fee applies.
* Minimum age to book is 24.
* Smoking is not permitted.
* Standard quiet hours are observed.
