This gorgeous Surf City home is set against the backdrop of the boundless Atlantic Ocean, offering panoramic oceanfront views from three levels of covered and open decks. At the very top, a rooftop hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind—soak under the stars while taking in unobstructed ocean views as the warm jets melt your stress away. Just below, your private pool offers another level of relaxation, creating the ultimate setting for long, sun-filled days at home.

A full-home elevator makes getting between levels effortless, whether you're bringing in groceries or luggage. For entertainment, the game room with a regulation-size pool table promises hours of fun and friendly competition. Just next to the pool table there is a sitting area, TV, and a secondary kitchen with a sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator—perfect for keeping snacks and drinks close by. This level also opens to a furnished covered porch, the pool area, and your private beach access. Great Beachfront Yellow House in Surf City

Great location, loved that all 7 bedrooms had bathrooms, an outdoor pool, an elevator, best view on the beach, the deck on the third floor, and the best ice maker. Love the open concept with the kitchen, dining and family area on the third floor. Very spacious.

Superior elevation, superior view. Elevator worked flawlessly and helped with luggage, groceries, etc. Large wall of windows allows views of the Atlantic from an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling. One could host a cocktail party of 20 and things would not be crowded.

Spring break stay

The house and location are amazing and just what we were looking for. Easily accommodated our family/friends. The living room and kitchen area were wonderful with spectacular views as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance/bakeware/cookware needed. Only complaint was lack of a hair dryer and beach towels. Also, dining chairs are old and need to be replaced...small and easily fixable issues.

Beautiful house just steps from the ocean

Beautiful views from the spacious main great room with lots of seating.. Great kitchen with lots of equipment to meet your needs! Induction cooktop so be sure you know how to use! Loved that each bathroom and kitchen had enough had soap, bath soap and TP to get you thru the first day or so, until you could get to the store. Beds and pillows comfy. The rooftop hot tub has fabulous views and only access is from inside the house ( the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor).

Family Vacation

Our three adult sons, their wives, and 2 grandchildren enjoyed a great week with my husband and me at this great beach home. You cannot be closer to the beach than when you are staying at Boundless Horizons. We didn't even need to wear flip flops to the beach! It was great to have the pool and hot tub. The home was spacious and the view from the main living area was unbelievable! We had read earlier reviews that there was not enough hot water on the top floor, but we did not experience this at all. We had plenty!

Everything and More

This is a fantastic house, particularly for our group of adults since all the bedrooms have king or queen beds, no bunks. The kitchen has everything! And more than one of some items. Any meal you may wish to cook, you will find what you need. Our only issue was whether we wanted to spend more time in the hot tub (with the awesome views), at the relaxing pool, or down the few steps to the beach. And there's the pool table too! I would be remiss if I didn't mention how spotless the place was when we checked in, the cleaning crew did an unbelievable job. We would absolutely love to stay at Boundless Horizons again!

Great House with minor issues

First off, the house is great. Has plenty of room for our large family. However, we did have some minor comfort issues. The hot water on the top floor barely worked and when it did, it was like warm and only lasted about 5 minutes. The half bathroom on the top floor was locked for our entire stay and we weren't told it wouldn't be available. Some of the lights in the house didn't work. The hot tub was nasty when we arrived, but I called and they had someone come to clean it which was nice. And lastly, the furniture in the entire house looks a little dirty and could definitely use a good cleaning. Overall, the house is very nice and huge but we would have loved to be able to take showers upstairs and all the lights in the house work.

Everyone really enjoyed the layout and the spacious interi0r. Nice amenities like the Pool and they Hot Tub, plus wet bar has an ice machine! Fine detail throughout the whole house. Definitely a must stay for a large group.
