Step inside to the fresh coastal feel in this newly decorated condo. From the driftwood floors to the sea blue walls, and filled with decorator touches, you'll be on beach time in no time! Throw open the drapes to reveal a huge sliding door onto the covered balcony to let in the morning sunshine. You'll find that the efficient kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There's room for 4 around the dining table and additional seating at the counter. The living room is bright and comfortable, with a bonus Queen Murphy bed built into one wall for extra sleeping.

Enjoy dazzling sunrise views over the Atlantic Ocean from your covered balcony that overlooks the pool and the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Sip your morning coffee in the sunshine or an evening beverage in the shade. You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.

Location:

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island.  This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our Island's past.

Additional Property Information:

The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change). Pool is HOA ran.
Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises.

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Please note that this rental does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
