Oceanfront 2-bedroom Queen's Grant Condo
This oceanfront condo complex is your one-stop ocean getaway destination. All guests of E-215 can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage, and day docks.
This particular condo, unit E 215, is a two bedroom, two bath condo located on the second floor. A beautifully decorated interior welcomes you to the beach. The initial hallway opens up into a small laundry area to your left. Continuing into the main living area, the kitchen, dining and living rooms are all located in the main portion of the unit. A comfortable leather couch and loveseat give sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean while you sit and watch TV!
The master bedroom with king bed sits beside the oceanfront deck as well. Sliding glass doors off the master bedroom also provide access to the oceanfront deck. A private bathroom for the master bedroom is located to the left as you enter the room.
Bedroom two, located on the sound side of the unit, has a queen bed and boasts a beautiful sound view from the window. Bedroom two also has a small balcony overlooking the sound and boat dock.
This is truly a beautifully decorated Queen's Grant condo. Great care has been taken to ensure you feel right at home while on vacation. Here, a great value and coveted location await! What more could you need?

Parking: 1 Parking Space Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in.

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island's shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.
**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: *Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message to the number you previously provided. This text will include a hyperlink that will direct to the Property Guide with all your check-in instructions, directions, FAQ's, Wifi info, helpful tips, and most importantly your information on how to gain access to the property. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.
We had a wonderful week. We vacation in this area every year. We think this was the first condo we stayed in many years ago. We slept well. The sofa could be updated due to wear, and the hard water is tough on dishes and flatware. Overall, we like the condo and would stay again. The location canât be beat!
We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The unit we originally rented was not ready and so they gave us a different unit which was great. Very quick responses to questions and emails. Highly recommend.
We had wonderful time staying at Queens Grant E-215. The unit is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The views of the ocean and bay are breathtaking and access to beach, pool and bay is quick and easy. The only complaint is the WiFi. It seems that everyone in the building uses the same connection making it extremely slow and at times unusable. Otherwise a perfect stay and we will be back!
Worked during the day and took in the beach side in the evening. Definitely didn't read the link sent by the property managers to pack our own Toilet Paper... so that was a shocking discovery... never had that experience. Also never experienced having to rent the bedding and bring my own towels. Aside from that, the house was very clean and the location was wonderful. I'd book this residence again now that I'm spun up on the requirements.
