We love the beach in winter months. Although the weather is not always cooperative, Zen Escape never fails to deliver. We have stayed here several times and will return. The home is well stocked, very clean and the communication is exceptional. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the perfect stay for a North Carolina beach. It was extremely clean and had direct beach access, while being close to a couple of great restaurants/breweries. I also very much appreciated being able to bring my dog so he can enjoy the beach as much as possible during his senior years. I would stay here again without question.

This was a great place to stay. We had clear communication throughout our visit. The house is well decorated and welcoming. One thing I really enjoyed was the fenced in area. I didn't think about it before, but it made it easier to let the dogs out. I would stay here again..

Perfect Escape

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and fur babies. The Zen Escape says it all, comfort of home with the sounds of the waves and views as far as the eye can see. They took no shortcuts in designing this property and provided all the amenities you may need plus some. We spent the week walking on the beach, watching dolphins go by and sandpipers play in the waves.

Great view and beach access! The owner was an excellent communicator. We loved the proximity to restraunts and coffee shops. We enjoyed the porch, the hot tub and all of the toys they had there. We also appreciated the pay it forward program the owner had organized, it helped prevent us from having to purchase things such as salt, pepper, body wash etc!
