Sunset Bay is situated overlooking the North Carolina Intercoastal Waterway on Topsail Island and only a few minutes from enjoying warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The views are spectacular! This property is located near all the activities Surf City has to offer. Shops, restaurant, and all the local fun. This property has a private pool. There is plenty of space to make wonderful family memories.

This home is located in Surf City NC, its close to all the activities, shop, and stores that Surf City has to offer. If you book this property for the 4th of July, you can watch the Surf City firework show from the backyard.

This house is side by side with Sounds Good. For larger groups you can rent both properties. You have access to the whole property and private pool. No smoking inside the house. This house is not pet friendly. It is not pet free.
