Kick off your shoes and come relax in our newly renovated 4 bedroom home! We are close to Surf City/Topsail island beaches. Everything is right here for you to enjoy Restaurants, shops, ice cream, putt putt, etc

And of course, the beautiful Surf city / Topsail Island beaches !! We are approximately 4-5 miles away and there is soooo much to explore, from Surf city, to North Topsail, and all the way down south of the island to Serenity point!
There are 3 piers on the island, so you can fish and sightsee. There are many boat tours available and water activities. We look forward to sharing our beautiful Beach town with you!

Very roomy updated vacation home with beautiful beach decor. My family of 9 fit perfectly . The kids loved the bunk room! The host was very pleasant and easy to contact with any questions. Highly Recommend

We absolutely loved staying at this property and can’t wait to return! The layout is perfect and the decor is beautiful! We didn’t mind the drive to the beach and were close to everything Holly Ridge has to offer. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a beach vacation without the hefty cost of staying directly on the beach.

Awesome place!

Melanie was super easy to work with and made my first vrbo stay fantastic. She was super fast to get back to my every message and works very hard to make a nice, but affordable place for you to stay. It was super clean and a short drive to the beach which was nice! Neighborhood was quiet as well. We highly recommend Melanie!

Beautifully redone, spacious, private yet close to so much!

I really appreciated how flexible the owner Melanie was; my family was traveling in from out of state for a retirement on base and we had a mixup in the dates and she went above and beyond to make it work. The home is so spacious and well laid out and the street is very private and quiet while being so close to things.. I will definitely be booking again!

Eight was great!

We had three couples and two children. The kids didn't want to leave the kids room as it was amazing! They did play in the spacious yard some as well. Each bed was so comfortable which was great as well. We all got a restful night's sleep. Even though there was eight of us, there was never a problem with having hot water. The air conditioner kept the house very cool even for the most hot natured of us. The charm of the house was one of the best parts. It is newly renovated and the owners did an amazing job! It was a sad day to leave but we will be back! Thank you so much for an amazing place to make beautiful memories!! Jane Price June 2024
