Nice getaway

It was nice and clean. A good location, close enough to some shops but not touristy or very built up. Very accommodating to any of our questions or needs even after we arrived

Mother Daughter Weekend

We enjoyed being on the beach and having direct access to the ocean. Vitamin Sea was clean and provided an open layout to the deck overlooking the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and the beds were comfy. No driving while we were on our mini vacation b/c we were walking distance to shops, The Grind, restaurants, IGA grocery store, ice cream, donuts and much more.

Location is great

Location is great, the cleanliness was not the best. We found trash under beds, a truly alcohol can unopened. The floors were sticky and dining room table was sticky.

Overall, this was a great affordable property. The only downsides were the elevator, roaches, and dirty old linens in the closet. Upon arrival, the elevator was stuck between floors, luckily Ward Realty was on site and able to fix it. We got one trip up and down, and then it wouldnt work again. At night, sitting on the back deck, roaches were crawling in and out of the cracks constantly. This made the back deck pretty unappealing for nighttime. They were pretty large too. I only had to kill one in the master bedroom. In the downstairs closet there was a bag of dirty linens clearly labeled 6/14/25 stating one of the bunk bed comforters was peed on. Pretty gross that it has been sitting there this whole time. Other than that, the kitchen was amazing and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, but extremely thick, make sure you bring extra deep pocket sheets. The driveway was nice, room for 5 cars. The views were incredible, and being right on the beach was priceless. I would highly recommend, if those few items were addressed.
Old laundry service still in the closet.
Family dinner.
Back deck view of the shared walkway and beach.
Beautiful sunrise.

The location can't be beat, and the house was as described - spacious, well laid out, and with a fantastic view! We had three generations of family members staying and everybody was happy with their rooms and The proximity to the ocean. A beautiful rental!

Easter Family Getaway

The property was exactly as listed. However, the description of the view couldn't capture the beauty that we saw from the balcony and deck. There were 9 of us in our group. We all had privacy in our own rooms, but also large common areas for family time.
