What began as a renovation quickly evolved into a complete reconstruction. Over nearly two years, the home was carefully rebuilt from the ground up with the goal of creating the ultimate family gathering place—one that honors the exceptional location while providing modern luxury and comfort.

Instead of a traditional $5,000 security deposit, guests are provided a damage protection waiver through a $115 administrative fee. This coverage protects against up to $5,000 in accidental damage. Damage resulting from theft, misuse, abuse, neglect, or intentional acts is not covered.
Guests are asked to report any damage promptly so repairs can be completed before the next arrival.
Optional bed-making service is available for $15 per bed and must be requested and arranged prior to arrival.
House Policies
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including decks, yard, and outdoor spaces.
Penthouse level is reserved for guests aged 18 and older.
Electric boat lift is not available for guest use.

For guest safety and property security, the home is equipped with two exterior security cameras:

Exterior camera at the rear entry
There are no cameras inside the home, on any decks, or in any outdoor shower or private outdoor living areas.
